Buttery lightly toasted baguette slices topped with warm bubbly brie, ripe juicy cherries, a drizzle of balsamic reduction, a sprinkle of Maldon Salt and a tiny fresh thyme sprig. The fast, fresh, fabulous end-of summer appetizer you'll be making on repeat from here on out. Enjoy!
- Preheat oven to broil, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Butter baguette slices, then top with a brie slice. Broil in preheated oven briefly, just until brie is bubbly and edge of baguette slices are light golden brown.
- Remove from oven, then top each with a few cherry slices, drizzle with balsamic reduction and sprinkle with Maldon salt and add a tiny thyme sprig garnish.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
