Crab Pasta Salad to Love!

This terrific tarragon forward CRAB PASTA SALAD is something you'll want to be making on repeat this spring to keep in the refrigerator and enjoy again and again, my friends.


  • 1 king crab leg, shelled and meat chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup shell pasta, cooked according to package instructions and cooled
  • 1/2 cup real mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon creamy horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • 1 tablespoon shallots, finely minced
  • 1/2 cup celery hearts, minced
  • Butter lettuce leaves, for serving


  1. Whisk together mayonnaise, horseradish, chili sauce, lemon juice, tarragon, shallots and celery until thoroughly combined.
  2. Fold in crab pieces and cooled cooked pasta shells.
  3. Serve in butter lettuce leaves and garnish with lemon slices.

*Can be made ahead of time, covered and kept in the refrigerator for a few days.
