Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup fig jam
- 6 raincoast crisp crackers
- 2 ounces goat cheese
- balsamic drizzle
- Maldon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees and wrap top and bottom of broiler pan with aluminum foil.
- Lay bacon strips on top of prepared pan and sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Bake in preheated oven until browned, about 20 minutes.
- Use tongs to transfer brown sugar-bacon to a sheet of parchment to cool, so it doesn't glue itself to the foil. Use scissors to cut bacon into smaller strips that fit on the crackers..
- Spread fig jam on the top of each cracker, then top with a slice of brown-sugar bacon and a wedge of goat cheese. Drizzle with balsamic drizzle and sprinkle with Maldon salt. Enjoy!
