Next Level Nectarine Crumble
These irresistible Next Level Nectarine Crumbles are the decadent dessert dream you didn't know you needed until now, my friends. Treat yourself to a few Le Creuset Stoneware Mini Round Cocottes, and let's get baking!
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons oatmeal
- 3 ripe nectarines, sliced into bite sized pieces
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- dash of ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Butter the insides of 4 mini round cocottes.
- Combine melted butter, brown sugar and oatmeal in a small mixing bowl.
- Work in flour a little bit at a time until crumbly.
- Toss nectarines, lemon juice, nutmeg and almond extract together in small bowl.
- Divide nectarine mixture among the four cocottes.
- Dot each with butter cubes.
- Sprinkle crumble topping over.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until light golden brown and bubbly.
- Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a mint sprig.
