Ingredients
- 3 5-ounce salmon filets
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Chef JoeMac's Splash of Portugal Seasoning
- Lemon slices
- Parsley sprigs
- Maldon Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Stack three sheets of foil on top of each other and fold edges in to make a tray. Bend sides up, so your tray has four sides.
- Arrange salmon fillets on top of tray. Brush melted butter over salmon filets and sprinkle liberally with Chef JoeMac Splash of Portugal Seasoning.
- Slide cutting board under tray for stability and transfer tray to baking sheet.
- Cook salmon in preheated oven until middles of fillets are no longer shiny and translucent (about 8-10 minutes)
- Use a table knife to slice into middle of salmon to check for doneness. Salmon is done when it is opaque. Do not overcook. Remove from oven.
- Serve salmon hot, atop a bed of buttered orzo, garnished with a dollop of Splash of Portugal Seasoned Mayo (1/2 cup Best Foods mayonnaise mixed with 1 teaspoon Splash of Portugal Seasoning), a sprinkle of Maldon salt and a lemon slice.
Enjoy!
