White Chocolate Mousse

Let’s whip up melt-in-your-mouth White Chocolate Mousse, my friends!


  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • white chocolate baking bar, for white chocolate curls


  1. Simmer heavy cream.\
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Dump in white chocolate chips and almond extract.
  4. Whisk until smooth.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  6. Beat into stiff peaks.
  7. Pipe into dessert dishes.
  8. Garnish with white chocolate curls.
