PB & HC (Halloween Candy!) Cookies

• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
• 1 cup flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• Snickers, Kit Kats and Reese's mini cups, cut into slices

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Use electric mixer to beat together butter, peanut butter, and sugars. Add egg and vanilla and continue beating until light and fluffy.
3. Stir together dry ingredients and add to butter mixture, beating briefly to combine.
4. Use cookie scoop to scoop cookie dough onto parchment lined baking sheet.
5. Top each cookie scoop with a candy slice and bake in preheated oven for eight minutes, until lightly golden brown on edges.
6. Transfer baking pan with cookies to cooling rack and let cool slightly.
