Ingredients

  • 3 5-ounce salmon filets
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Chef JoeMac's Splash of Portugal Seasoning
  • Lemon slices
  • Parsley sprigs
  • Maldon Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Stack three sheets of foil on top of each other and fold edges in to make a tray. Bend sides up, so your tray has four sides.
  3. Arrange salmon fillets on top of tray. Brush melted butter over salmon filets and sprinkle liberally with Chef JoeMac Splash of Portugal Seasoning.
  4. Slide cutting board under tray for stability and transfer tray to baking sheet.
  5. Cook salmon in preheated oven until middles of fillets are no longer shiny and translucent (about 8-10 minutes)
  6. Use a table knife to slice into middle of salmon to check for doneness. Salmon is done when it is opaque. Do not overcook. Remove from oven.
  7. Serve salmon hot, atop a bed of buttered orzo, garnished with a dollop of Splash of Portugal Seasoned Mayo (1/2 cup Best Foods mayonnaise mixed with 1 teaspoon Splash of Portugal Seasoning), a sprinkle of Maldon salt and a lemon slice.

Enjoy!
