Bananas Foster Flambé

·

Have you ever lit BANANAS FOSTER on fire?!

I hadn't until recently, and...turns out it is a whole lot easier than I ever imagined.

Learned a thing or two in the process, too.

Truth be told, using matches made flambéing a bit of a challenge the first time around, and if you do decide to flambé, I'd recommend using a lighter with a long handle to avoid burning your fingers.

Also, make sure you have your ingredients measured and set out next to the cooktop prior to starting.
