Cinnamon Apple Oatmeal Cookies to Love

• 1 cup flour
• 1 teaspoon Fresh Jax cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon Fresh Jax nutmeg
• 2 tablespoons Fresh Jax maple sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1 and 1/2 cups quick oatmeal
• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 cup chopped apple

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line two baking sheets with parchment.
2. Stir together flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda and salt.
3. Use electric mixer to cream butter with brown sugar.
4. Add egg to butter/brown sugar mixture and beat until light and fluffy.
5. Beat in dry ingredients.
6. Stir in chopped apple and oatmeal.
7. Use cookie scoop to scoop cookie dough onto prepared baking sheets.
8. Bake in preheated oven for about 12 minutes, just until set. Do not overbake.
9. Transfer baking sheets to cooling rack to cool.
