Herb Butter Board

Join the Butter Board Band Wagon, but amp it up using @kerrygoldusa butter whipped with minced fresh dill and minced fresh chives, then artfully arrange on your favorite platter and serve with the prettiest @theflouwerco artisanal crackers you ever did see for an elegant and festive ode to summer, my friends!

Ingredients

8 ounces Kerry Gold butter, room temperature
2 tablespoons fresh minced dill
2 tablespoons fresh minced chives
FlouwerCo. Artisanal Crackers with edible flowers, woody rosemary, fresh dill and chive
chive blossoms, for garnish
dill sprigs, for garnish

Instructions

Beat butter with fresh minced herbs until thoroughly combined.
Use a small cookie scoop to scoop dollops of herb butter onto one side of a platter.
Arrange chive blossoms and dill sprigs in middle of platter like a bouquet.
Assemble crackers on other side of platter.
Sprinkle butter board with Maldon sea salt to finish.
