Easiest Ever Spicy Peanut Noodle Salad Jars

These Easiest Ever Spicy Peanut Noodle Salad Jars are the super satisfying go-to picnic side salad you'll be making on repeat from now on, my friends. Al dente linguine noodles tossed in spicy peanut dressing topped with edamame and diced red and yellow bell pepper garnished with chopped peanuts, sliced scallions and fresh basil leaves, and red chili flakes if you want an extra kick. Cooking the linguine takes just about ten minutes which is just enough time to whisk together the spicy peanut dressing and prep the veggies. I'd recommend assembling and tucking in the fridge, then transferring salad contents to salad plates and passing extra dressing. They'll be much easier to enjoy that way. Happy Spicy Peanut Noodle Salad making!
