White Chocolate Peppermint Mousse

THREE ingredient White Chocolate Peppermint Mousse coming your way…just in time for effortless holiday entertaining. And how cute are these Hershey’s Candy Cane Kisses? The perfect way to top this super simple festive dessert recipe, I say.



  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract


  1. Simmer heavy cream over medium heat.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Dump white chocolate chips into heavy cream, and let sit until chocolate chips have melted.
  4. Add peppermint extract, and whisk until smooth.
  5. Transfer to glass bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  6. Whip mousse into stiff peaks with electric mixer.
  7. Pipe into stemmed coupes. Garnish with candy cane kisses.
