Chocolate Cherry Brownie Bites

• Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Brownie Mix
• 1/3 cup oil
• 1/4 cup water
• 1 egg
• 3/4 cup Mariani dried cherries

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Spray a norpro 12 mini cheesecake pan with baking spray.
3. Whisk together brownie mix, oil, water and egg.
4. Stir in dried cherries.
5. Scoop brownie batter into pan.
6. Bake in preheat oven for about 18 minutes, until brownie bites are set on the edges.
7. Let cool slightly.
8. Pop out of the pan and enjoy!
