Easy Street Corn on the Cob

Easy Street Corn on the Cob comes together effortlessly and elevates your corn on the cob game this summer by amping up the flavor and fun. Creating this delicious grilled vegetable wonder is as easy as whisking together mayonnaise, lime juice, grated parmesan cheese, chili powder and salt and painting it all over cobs of corn before grilling them briefly in a preheated grill pan on your barbecue grill.



  • 2 cobs of corn, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup Best Foods real mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • zest of one lime


  1. Preheat barbecue grill to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray a flat grill tray with grill spray and set on grill to preheat.
  3. Whisk together mayonnaise, lime juice, parmesan cheese, salt and chili powder until thoroughly combined.
  4. Paint mixture all over corn cobs.
  5. Transfer prepared corn cobs to grill tray and let grill briefly until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Turn each corn cob carefully with tongs to grill other side until golden brown and bubbly. Garnish with Kosher salt and lime zest.
