Ingredients

  • 1 Stella Artois
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • dash of kosher salt
  • 2 Pink Lady apples

Instructions

  1. Pop open a Stella Artois.
  2. Whisk together 1 cup Stella Artois and 1 cup flour until smooth.
  3. Stir in 1 teaspoon cinnamon and a dash of Kosher salt.
  4. Heat 1 inch oil in heavy pot over medium heat until hot.
  5. Use 1/3 cup measuring cup to scoop batter into hot oil.
  6. Cook fritters for about 3 minutes per side, or until light golden.
  7. Remove to cooling rack to cool.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar.
